REGISTERING YOUR CHILDREN
All nursery children must be registered in our system. You may register on the KidCheck website by clicking the link below.
AGE
GROUPS
Within our nursery is a special section for each age group of children; Newborn - 12months, 12-24 months, and 2-3 years. Our friendly nursery staff will direct you where to go.
PERSONAL
ITEMS
Please label all cups, bottles, bags, and clothing items with your child's name prior to bringing them to the nursery.
24-HOUR
POLICY
Please remember that your little one must be symptom-free for 24 hours before staying in the nursery.
WIGGLE
ROOM
If you choose to take your
nursery-aged children to worship service with you and they need a little wiggle room, you can always bring them to the Gathering Space and watch the service on the TV monitor there.
What to expect?
Follow these four easy steps for a smooth process at Woodlake Kids Nursery.
CHECK-IN
When you arrive look for our Kids Check-in areas just inside the main doors of the church and the side doors near the playground. We will have friendly leaders excited to meet your family and help you every step of the way.
AFTER CHECK-IN
You and your child will receive matching ID tags specific to your family. Place your child’s ID tag on his/her back and you will keep the matching tag.
DURING SERVICE
Your child will be cared for with utmost love and attention. In the event that we may need to contact you during the service, we will come to get you in the service.
AFTER SERVICE
You will show the Woodlake Kids Nursery leader your matching tag and your child will be released to you.
