Wondering how you will survive the weeks surrounding Thanksgiving and Christmas? Join us November 16 from 9-11am
Caring for one another.
The Congregational Care Ministry provides compassionate care through personal contact with people who have a need for spiritual support.
Care is extended to those experiencing personal or family illnesses who require hospital care, support to those who have lost a loved one and to the home-bound and those requiring nursing facilities.
Congregational Care is a ministry for all believers.
Each day our Pastors and Prayer Ministry Team lift up the prayers of the people for our world, our country, our community, our church and individuals.
How can we pray for you?
Here for you.
God made us to be in community with one another.
Never do we have the need for community more than when hard times happen. Woodlake UMC is there for you and your family during life’s difficult challenges. Find the support you need in our care ministry.
Prayer Shawl Ministry
If you knit, crochet, or would like to learn, join Bobbi Sampson in this new group. Prayer Shawls are a special way to pray and bring comfort to others. When a knitter begins each shawl with prayers and blessings for the recipient, God blesses each one – each stitch, each person knitting and each person who receives it. The shawls are delivered by the Pastoral Care Team to those sick or in grief.
