Perform a comprehensive review of our human resource policies & procedures;  conduct compensation benchmarking; and develop a strategic staffing plan.

Woodlake has a very committed and competent staff. Due to the realities of our rapid growth, there is often more work to be done than hours to do it. In order to support and care for staff and to ensure excellence in ministry, we need to develop policies and procedures to support a strong and healthy staff culture, evaluate compensation and future staff needs, and create goals and strategies in each ministry area. The Staff Parish Relations Committee is responsible for this innovation.
