2009 Stewardship Commitment

Thank you for your commitment to "make waves" in your prayers, presence, and gifts.  Please fill out each section of the Estimate of Giving card below and click Submit once you are finished to send it to the Church Treasurer.  Please note that this is only a statement of your commitment to the annual stewardship ministry.  The option to tithe online is not available at this time.  *This commitment may be revised or cancelled at any time via your request to the Church Treasurer at shuffman@woodlakeumc.org or 739-4535, ext. 26.

will only be received and seen by the Church Treasurer.

Join us in worship on October 26th at 9:30 or 11:00 am as we consecrate all of our offerings to the Lord during our Consecration Service.  Please note that all electronic commitments will be printed and laid on the altar along with the other commitments received during worship each week.

2009 Commitment

Prayers

     I/We commit to praying for WUMC and it’s efforts to bring others to Christ.

Presence

     I/We commit to attending a worship service each week.

Gifts

     I/We will support WUMC in the year 2009 in one of the following ways.

$  weekly for 52 weeks.

$  semi-monthly for 24 periods.

$  monthly for 12 months.

$  One time gift.

Commitment to "A Time to Build" 

      I/We will continue my/our previously pledged level of giving to the “A Time to
           Build” Capital Campaign building fund.

If pledging to the "A Time to Build" Capital Campaign for the first time or
you wish to update your previous pledge, please do so below.

      I/We commit to the following financial gift to support the “A Time to Build” Capital
           Campaign building fund for January—November 2009 in one of the following ways.

$  weekly for 47 weeks.

$  semi-monthly for 22 periods.

$  monthly for 11 months.

$  One time gift.

Electronic Payment Options

      I/We intend to pay my/our pledge via my/our bank’s electronic Bill Pay program.

      I/We wish to continue our current ACH payment plan already on file.

     Check here if you are interested in enrolling or changing your pledge in the
          church's ACH program, which will automatically debit your account each month.
          You will be contacted by the Church Treasurer. 

Please print the Estimate of Giving card here or pick one up in the Welcome Center.
