 Below you will find an online version of the 2009-2011 Commitment Card.  Please note you will be making a commitment to both the two-year Greater Things Capital Campaign, as well as the annual 2010 Ministry and Missions Operating Budget.  This is a two-part Commitment Card, so please be sure to fill out each section completely.  Click here to download detailed instructions for each section should you need further assistance.

The information you submit is strictly confidential and
will only be viewed by the Church Treasurer.

Join us in worship on November 21 and 22 as we consecrate all of our offerings to the Lord during our Consecration Services!  Please note that all electronic commitments will be printed and laid on the altar along with the other commitments received during worship each week.

2010 Ministry & Missions Commitment

Prayers

     I/We commit to praying for WUMC and it’s efforts to bring others to Christ.

Presence

     I/We commit to attending a worship service each week.

Gifts

     I/We will support WUMC in the year 2010 in one of the following ways.

$  weekly for 52 weeks.

$  semi-monthly for 24 periods.

$  monthly for 12 months.

$  One time gift.

2009-2011 Greater Things Commitment 

      I/We commit to the following financial gift to support the “Greater Things” two-year 
           campaign during the time frame of December 2009—November 2011.

$  weekly for 104 weeks.

$  semi-monthly for 48 periods.

$  monthly for 24 months.

$  One time gift.

Electronic Payment Options

      I/We intend to pay my/our pledge via my/our bank’s electronic Bill Pay program.

      I/We wish to continue our current ACH payment plan already on file.

     Check here if you are interested in enrolling or changing your pledge in the
          church's ACH program, which will automatically debit your account each month.
          You will be contacted by the Church Treasurer. 

If you are new to ACH or are changing your account information from what is currently on file, please print a Commitment Card here or pick one up in the Welcome Center.  After submitting your commitment online below, simply fill out the ACH portion of the printed card, attach a voided check for the account being withdrawn from, and drop it off at the church office.  Questions?  Please contact the Church Treasurer at 739-4535, ext. 26 or shuffman@woodlakeumc.org.
