 It won’t be complete without you!  We are creating a new church directory complete with each family’s photograph. The directory will help you connect names with faces.  Please participate!

ONLY 2 DATES LEFT:  October 18 & 19!

The BEST part of all:  NO SALES PITCH! 

VIEWING & PURCHASING YOUR PICTURES:

• When you have your picture taken, you will give the photographer a password with which to access your pictures or you will request for proofs in a hard copy.
• Within 1-2 weeks after taking your picture, visit http://bellaportraits.biz, click on Online Proofing, and find and click on your picture.
• You will be prompted to login using your email address you reserved your appointment with and the password you gave the photographer.  (If you requested proofs, they will be available in about 1-2 weeks and can be found in the blue folder outside the church office.  YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN THEY ARE READY FOR PICK UP.)
• You will have 30 days to select your directory picture and to place an order online once they are posted.  After which time, they will be removed from the website.
• Once you are logged in, you will be asked to choose which picture you would like to use in the church directory, which will also be your free 8x10.  You may also order pictures at this time, or visit the site at a later date to do so.
• Once you order pictures, you may pay online or mail a check to Bella Portraits.  You may choose to have your pictures mailed to your house or you may pick them up at church in the blue folder. (YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED WHEN THEY ARE READY FOR PICK UP.)
• Should you need assistance, please send an email to Diane Blair, the photographer, or contact Bella Portraits at 822-7785 between 9am & 5pm.

Directory Opt-Out Notification

• The new church pictorial directory will have an updated contact information section.  If you choose not to have your name, address and phone number in the church directory, you may opt-out by contacting BJ Manasco at 739-1924 or bjmanasco@comcast.net by October 31st.

COST:  $15 Sitting Fee

• *** Includes a FREE 8x10 portrait and a FULL-COLOR church directory. ***
• To be paid at your appointment via cash or check, made payable to WUMC, "directory" in the memo.

WHERE:  Pictures will be taken outside at Chapel Trail.

• Located at the Woodlake Campus to the right of the right-hand parking lot.
• In case of rain, photos will be taken in Room 128.

WHEN:  Please select the three best dates/times for you to attend.

• Please note:  This page is updated daily so the times listed below may not be available at the time you make your request.  Therefore please choose the three best times and the Directory Coordinator will confirm with you your appointment time.
• Appointments are double booked so as one family fills out the Update Records Form the other family can take their portrait and vice versa.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to accomodate your check-in.
• Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be reserved using the online form below or in the Welcome Center before and after each church service.
