New Ministry this Spring!

Upward Soccer for Kindergarten & 1st Grade boys and girls!

Upward Soccer, a league where every child plays.

We’re excited to announce that WUMC will be offering a spring soccer program for kindergarten and first grade boys & girls.  Upward is an evangelistic sports ministry specifically designed for K5 through sixth grade boys and girls that promotes salvation, character, and self-esteem in every child.  Upward provides opportunities for all believers, no matter what denomination, to become meaningfully involved in the ministries of your church. They will have the opportunity to pray for your program, coach a team, referee a game, share a devotion, and develop relationships in order to open avenues of ministry to the people of your community who will participate in your program.  For more information, visit www.upward.org.

Form and registration fee may be dropped off at the church office anytime between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Everyone must attend one soccer evaluation.

We can also use lots of help in launching this exciting new children’s ministry!  If you would like to serve, there are many opportunities for coaches, referees, devotion leaders and assistants.
